Central Sterile Services Department – Foundational + Advanced Modules

The CSSD Technician Training Program equips learners with the essential knowledge and hands-on skills required for a career in hospital sterilization and infection control. The program is divided into two structured parts:

  • Part 1: Foundational Training (theory & basics)

  • Part 2: Advanced Practical Training (applied sterilization practices)

Upon successful completion, participants will be certified as Sterile Technicians and become eligible for hospital internships, boosting employability in healthcare facilities across Qatar and the Middle East.

Part 1: Foundational Training
Duration: 4 Months Schedule: Weekly Classes (3 Hours/Session) Eligibility: High School/Secondary Diploma (no prior experience required) Study Materials: Provided

Part 2: Advanced Practical Training
Duration: 2.5 Months Schedule: Weekly Classes (3 Hours/Session) Eligibility: Completion of Part 1 required
